Maintenance

Before move in, your unit will be individually walked, inspected for quality control, and all appliances tested. Additionally, each unit receives a deep cleaning prior to move-in to ensure satisfaction.

You do not have to be present for the service technician to do work, however, we do provide a courtesy call before entering the apartment if you're not present. In the case of an emergency, a courtesy call may not be provided. All pets must be secured upon entry.

Yes, we have a maintenance team dedicated to the upkeep of our community. Additionally, a maintenance technician lives on site, resulting in quick response time for after-hour emergencies!

You enter a maintenance request via the resident portal or resident app. Easy Peasy! 24/7!

During business hours, the office is happy to assist you with proper identification! After-hour lock outs are not provided due to the potential risk for you and/or our maintenance team. Should your key be lost or misplaced, a re-key fee is charged.

Please contact the leasing office and follow the prompts for maintenance emergency.

Amenities

Yes, there are parking spaces available for every building. The parking spots are not assigned. There are handicap spaces located at each building.

Yes. We love our furry friends! Dogs and cats are allowed. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. Some restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing office for additional details. All pets are subject to a pet screening before being allowed to move-in.

Each unit comes with stainless steel kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher), a garbage disposal, and full size washer and dryer.

Residents are responsible for providing their own furniture. We do partner with several furniture rental companies and are happy to provide this information upon request.

The clubhouse and pool are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. The pavilion, firepit, and grills are available 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. The pool and pavilion are heated for year-round access.

Admin

Generally, the verification process takes 24-72 hours.

After moving in, you can pay via echeck, debit card, or credit card on the resident portal or resident app. You can also pay with certified funds through WIPS. Cash is not accepted.

Renter's personal property insurance is encouraged, but not required. Each apartment home pays $16.95 per month for renters legal liability insurance.

Each apartment home is equipped with internet and streaming through AnywAIR. No other internet or cable providers can be used. You have the option to stream services as YouTube TV, Apple TV, Sling, etc. Another service handled for you!

We use a third party company, Two Dots, to verify identity and income. Paycheck stubs and bank account verifications are required.

The community is total electric and is set up through Georgia Power. Water/Sewer are already set up for each resident and billed through Conservice billing.

Utilities are paid separate from rent.
